Lets not get too excited about the test message tomorrow, we don't need to manufacture disappointment. I think, as others have stated, that this is POTUS showing the DS he can and will keep communicating with the America people even if twitter or the whole net goes down.
Or it's the "storm" message we've been waiting for so long lol. We will see.
