Agree, bakerfag.

Yes, the headers at the top of the bread are valuable real estate, but that also makes them hotly contested. Something has to be bumped lower when new things are added. Is this more important than Jefferson's quote, our "we no violenz" statement, the Marines motto, or Q proofs/Welcome statement?

Because this top-of-bread issue is given to so much back-and-forth, my preference is that we don't make substantive changes to it w/o a multi-bread discussion involving a number of anons and BO weighing in.

I like this idea best.

>what is more important?

>Quotes from the past? Or examples of direct attacks on our rights in the present?

At the top of every dough?

Without question, this should be for 40,000ft view, universal impact type statements. These "quotes from the past" you reference… that's one of our founding docs, the basis of the rights we fight for here.

"Direct attacks in the present" is a daily, changing occurance, which falls into the "news" category, the type that is best for a dedicated thread which we can add to our "war room" section, or as regular reports in-bread. It doesn't belong in the header of every bread.
