Thoughts regarding Q post 310 on /Patriotsfight/

When reading this post i origionally thought the "operators standing by" was in regard to the suicide hotline number meaning telephone operators standing by to take the calls of those wanting to commit suicide

But looking back on previous Q posts all other mentions of operators (29 in all) are in reference to millitary operators so now im thinking maybe it means the millitary is now on standby?
