I believe that is Ahmadinejad but, I don't think that Hussein. When Hussein get's angry his eyebrows are different. Also, when you zoom in on the face you see the hair is curly not kinky or full blown afro like Hussein has.
I don't believe Hussein's loverboy is Alwaleed. The boyfriend doesn't have the mole on his right cheek, just below his mouth, that Alwaleed has.

You need to stop pushing false information. Alwaleed is not the person in the photo of Hussein. Look at Alwaleed's mole on his face. Hussein's lover doesn't have that mole.
