Looks like there are two references in USAspending.gov database. BRB - going to take a look. INtrasting that the "institute" address is Watsonville, CA.

>>3311585 OK - One is EMDR Institute and the other is EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Program out of Hamden CT. The Institute is designated as 'woman owned' business. The CT version is not.
