its just moving the national emergency alert system from TV which nobody watches network tv anymore, to cell phones, but Im loving the leftists losing their minds over it.

and oh ho we need it to know when to stay indoors in our towns because military is making arrests nearby or martial law is happening to quell communist rioting.

It has been extended to cell phones. Because lots of people are not watching broadcast tv or listening to radio. But they have their cellphones.
