Note: I'm currently located in 808 area Code. I have 2 phones. 1) 808 area code with Verizon. 2) 630 area code with ATT.

808 phone received the alert. 630 phone did not.

Could this be because I'm currently in the Western Region (2:18 test) and the 630 phone is part of the Easter test at 2:20?
