Math as follows:
11th hour = 23:00 (24 hour day)
2400/12 = 200
the 11th hour began at post 2300? if so:
post 2500 is the 12th hour
<post 2400 is the 12th hour
>I say this because 24:00 becomes 00:01 as there is no 24:01 MIL time or 2500 right?
and
post 2360 would be equivalent to 11.3
<post 2333 then would be equivalent to 11.333/12
2333/2400= 97.2 percent but does that equal 11.3 / 12 ??? or would it be more around 93.6 percent?
