Posting this in case it helps others who did not receive the Presidential Alert today.

I called my carrier, AT&T, after I did not receive the alert. I'm on the outskirts of their cell towers, so my coverage is spotty at home. We have to use a microcell in order to boost enough signal to make/receive calls. AT&T told me to turn the WiFi calling function ON on my iPhone. It was not on at the time of the alert and the 3G microcell did not allow the alert through. No way to tell now if it would work but AT&T said it would.

Spouse and son received their alerts without issue while at work away from home, (better cell coverage areas).
