IMHO…. very early drops about Emergency Broadcast message would be coming…. if not for reading too much into it at it's most basic meaning….Future proves past and they knew this system would be going up.
Also some of us anons do not have TV and they no longer do the weekly sirens to alert the public something is happening. I noted the entire emergency broadcast system self destruct on 9/11. At least now I WILL GET alerts if shit is going down.
