Alright, to explain what I did with this graphic is that I set the Clock to 2:18. The time that FEMA sent out the Presidential Alert. Within in that hour of the Clock was the date: 02/18/2018, so I focused first on that date. From there I followed crumbs and linked back to October 3rd drops. You must divide 365 by 60.

60 = one revolution on the clock.

How many revolutions in one year?

365 days in a year and divide by 60, and that will tell you how many revolutions for a year on the Q clock.

That number would be 6.0833

Ending the clock on 11/22 is only 0.0685.

That is to say 25 days from 10/28/2018, Q anniversary.

Add another 5 days and make it 30 days from 10/28/2018 and you get the number 0.0822…a much closer number to 0.0833.
