Another way would be to use the "Blank Clock" option when exporting (pic1 relates).

Also posting updated blanks, for those not using QClockView. Since Q's 4th post last night was EDT 00:47 (23:47 in EST), I have added a small note onto the clock to avoid misunderstandings, and to note that timestamps marked on the clock are in ET.

This is a bit of an inconsistency – let me know in case you'd prefer it in EST only.
