I have heard that the troops are limited as to what they can do. Only to support the border patrol. 15k is a lot of support, probably outnumbers the border patrol agents themselves. BUT.. What if they cross over the border, lets say a joint exercise with the Mexican government? Is it a possibility that the Mexican government has given us a green light to allow our troops to cross the border in a effort to protect the border? Are they still limited then?
