I made all these same observations ''PLUS ONE'' which made me able to even predict the "Bombing" nature of it a few hours ahead of time at 8:53am EDT.
Not name/fame-fagging here (my twitter is essentially anonymous and not well-followed), so only using it for illustrative purposes. ''I'm ALWAYS looking for the number values of CAP letters and really ANY letters that look suspicious/part of misspellings or stringers, so I also noticed the "TX" in Q-post 958 and immediately recognized that its numeric value is "21" which also lined up with the day [21]'' and of course the [Wednesday] and -23 and '21' minute aspect of timestamp were there, so I was pretty persuaded that "TX" (and not "Texas") was used for a reason. Just like 'Q&A' and 'TBD' and 'A321' etc all have both surface AND numeric-clue purposes.
Everything has meaning. T=20th letter (drop zero)=2. X=Roman Numeral 10 (drop zero)=1. 21. [21] clock day. Q didn't use "Texas" so I figured it had purpose/reason.
'''CAP LETTER numeric messages are EVERYWHERE, for those of you who haven't figured it out. They're in twitter stringers, news article stringers (yes, we're somewhat in charge of the news/[4am] if you weren't aware), surface text of tweets, Q-posts, etc. They're a HUGE part of "Learn our comms."
The cipher is somewhat nuanced, but not hard once you know what to look for. JFK references EVERYWHERE as 35, 36, 46, 28, 111. 1776 references spelled out in all kins of creative ways. 5:5 references. P@in references. I should do an elaborate breakdown and post it everywhere, because IT'S EVERYWHERE! And it's a BIG part of knowing what Q is up to and just how far the reach is.
