I didn't read the article. Only the scanned it and the headline.

 

HOWEVER…

Since when is SMOKING allowed on a plane. If the button was stuck or pressed by baggage…then it was a mod gone wrong. These devices need regulation…but this smells like a reason for more laws (like what San Francisco is doing) to control and make money.
