It doesn't. It was part of a post that had 4 pictures of rectangular containers, two of which contain a SCIF inside. The reference was Q's post "Kill Box".

"Kill Box" was also decoded at the time Q posted it as a military term defining a 3 dimensional space within which enemies are located, that are subject to being fired upon. All these meanings are relevant and possible.
Also Q was taunting somebody (somebodies) in a bunker. "Are you cold?" "Not getting any sleep? We can fix that." I paraphrase. The military sometimes buries this kind of steel cargo container and uses them for supplies or bunkers. So "Kill Box" also is trolling whoever is hunkered down in a bunker, literally inside a box.
