I believe that what Q wants us to focus on here isn't so much the people but the organization and what it is doing. This conference is being sponsored by Recorded Future. It is a new type of predictive technology that they can use to secretly spy on every single thing that people do online.

Twice he's telling us to dig into this technology, so he really wants up to find out what its all about—perhaps because he wants us to be aware that it is being used to spy on us right now. This technology was developed by Google in partnership with the CIA. Its another spy-op but with a new twist. Google, the CIA, social media platforms, and the globalist corporations have yet another means by which they are able to discretely spy on us and predict our every move.
