Is the James A. Baker from the FBI of any relation to the James A. Baker (Jr., III, IV) family of the Baker Botts law firm? One of the latter was Bush Sr.'s chief of staff and part of Carlyle. They are different people, but might they be related?

One thing I've found out about the FBI guy is that he and James Comey both worked for Bridgewater Associates. CEO David McCormick is an Aspen board member. Founder Ray Dalio is part of Breakthrough Energy and Grameen America.
