ebot doesn't know the difference between a threat and a warning. Obviously just another anon…
Nazi Germany was a symptom of the hive mind. NB it is important to understand the definition of hive mind, paying particular attention to the either/or (my caps).
hive mind
noun
a notional entity consisting of a large number of people who share their knowledge or opinions with one another, regarded as producing EITHER uncritical conformity OR collective intelligence.
>Morning anons. Mom's still in the hospital, and marrying off a brother-in-law today. I sure miss y'all.
Miss ya back anon - there's a voice of reason, here. Best wishes and prayers for a speedy recovery for your mom and congrats to b-i-l.
>And know that a "hive mind" is very different from creative collaboration among humans.
>
>(you) do not want a hive mind.
Exactly. "Hive-mind" is what my generation called "herd mentality." (YOUs) never should want to belong to the herd. 99% of the time the herd is wrong, in my experience. Always stand apart from the herd is one of the most important life-lessons I taught my kids - think for yourself.
Poor woman. The plastic surgeon who disfigured her should be up on a charge of assault.
>you think those titties are fake? kek time for a nap for you
You think they're not? Obviously been fed such a consistent diet of fake that you are no longer able to identify the real.
Someone commented earlier that the DOJ presser was boring. I have to agree. But thinking about it a bit more, isn't that the point? Isn't it the case that we've become accustomed to drama and excess and revelations and general soap opera stuff. But that's no way to govern a country. A country should be governed (well) in a way that is, essentially, boring. The wheels should roll as they always have, on track, in the right direction and without too many obstacles to throw it off course. Perhaps we need to re-embrace the concept of slow, unremarkable government (when it's on track, at least) instead of expecting the twists and turns of a soap opera. We're no meant to be entertained by government, we're meant to trust our government to not only do what is right one day, but continuously - day in, day out - and that can be boring when set against what the entertainment industry attempts to convince us is the norm.
Just a thought….
>He still CHOSE a particular people over the rest
Incorrect. God chose ONE MAN - Abraham and his descendants and promised to bless them IF they continued to obey His commands and curse them if they did not.
>I think we would rather have something along the lines of the movie True Lies every day. We are conditioned to want more and more excitement from our lives no matter where it comes from. It has to beat the previous event or it doesn't count.
Unfortunately, I think you're probably right and therein lies a great danger. A precipice, even…
It's a form of addiction and, as we all know, addictions lead to destruction/death.
