Keyhole(KH) Satellites started under Corona. Clinton declassified most in the 90s but it's possible the newer SpaceX launched SATs fall under the same project name.

Below the East Wing of the White House, lies the President's Emergency Operations Center (PEOC), which exists to handle nuclear contingencies. The PEOC is reportedly hardened to withstand up to 20 psi of blast overpressure from a nuclear detonation. The PEOC is differentiated from the White House Situation Room which is located in the basement of the West Wing of the White House.

According to one account, GCHQ’s then head, Robert Hannigan, passed material in summer 2016 to the CIA chief, John Brennan. The matter was deemed so sensitive it was handled at “director level”. WikiLeaks has also published thousands of two-way Clinton emails and attachments from her private email server, after access surprisingly granted by the U.S. State Department
