Newfag here with my .02 cents. thinking about this yesterday and in light of Q post 2323, I highly suspect that the Presidential Alert test of the IPAWS initiated by FEMA was not only a test of the system but also served as a way to effectively neutralize the minichips installed in “75% of all phones and 90% of all PCs”. Could be wrong here, maybe it was simply just a test of the system itself but I found it very odd that I received the message twice which has also been reported by nearly everyone who got the message, we all received two messages. Have heard that AT&T users did not receive the message so, something shady is going on there for sure… I think it is highly likely that the first message was the countermeasure attack on the minichips and the second message was the test to see if the countermeasure actually worked.

Q has pointed out repeatedly that America has been sold down the river for decades by politicians and corporations and it would make sense that the Q collective would have devised some sort of countermeasure to defeat the miniture chips that Bloomberg revealed today have been installed in nearly every electronic device that we use everyday. What better way to defeat the enemy then to conceal the counterattack with something as widely accepted as a nationwide IPAWS test?
