I had to get rid of 35%- too much room for burns and other problems. I used to use 12 1/2 percent
after that. You can get small bottles in refridgerator box at good health food stores. Transfer small parts at a time to GLASS dropper bottle. Start small - 1-2 drops per full glass of purified water. Work your way up to 3-4 drops in week 2, etc. After 5-6 drops,I would just add another glass or two of the same later in the day. Be careful when combining with aerobic exercise so you don't get too artificial with what your heart and lungs could naturally do on their own. Be conservative and slow. If you start feeling too jacked up, slow down and add drink more glasses of water only. Always err on the cautious side and be careful.
