To be honest, I’m not the one to ask about deltas, but IIRC a 0 delta means “today”. Add to that Q’s last drop, and I would bet something major happened, even if we don’t hear about it right away. As for “it’s time” I wouldn’t expect the roundup of big names if that’s what you mean.
