I've never heard of "Flordia Marquis" before. But I see videos about winged nephilim and rectangular clouds being cloaked UFOs. He looks like a crank.

It a cluster of ships in the south Caribbean. It doesn't say they are military. The few 'pleasure craft' and 'fishing' boats mingling with them suggest they are not. It's probably floating oil storage, or something like that. We're not about to invade Venezuela.
