Have a theory about why the FBI report on the Kav supplemental background check can't be made public. Last bread I posted a new letter from Grassley where he mentions new information. My theory is that the FBI report can't be released because it has evidence related to an investigation into Katz, Feinstein, and maybe Ford herself. Looks like she was communicating with the other accusers and another Senator during all of this. Witness tampering? Don't forget Katz represented sweaty train girl some years ago too.
