Alex Jones has had a woman on his show numerous times who was in the Education Dept. and maybe head of it back in the day maybe Reagan Administration. Her interviews are pretty informative and she goes into a lot of it how it was deliberately planned and for what purpose. You could probably find them in his archives and listen to them.
