As part of the ongoing Judge Kavanaugh "PARTY" probe started in 2018, arrest warrants have been issued for the Beastie Boys. Director Mueller said in a statement, "We have credible evidence that an assault was made with a custard pie. We believe Judge Kavanaugh may have witnessed the assault and he was seen dancing and laughing".
Although it is not clear whether Judge Kavanaugh was there in person or was seen laughing at the four minute video at a later date, in the two years since the FBI probe began this is the most credible evidence to date yet that Judge Kavanaugh is guilty.
