True but most hoppers have trouble feeding the rubber balls. You'll need a low capacity straight line feeder to be reliable.
I use super thick paint balls and crank up the fps to around 400-500. Thick balls can handle that and you're just a few hundred fps below a .45.
Plus you get the added bonus of a mess, head shots can be very messy. Use red to freak em out.
