POTUS has people for that. That was done deliberately.
My best interpretation is that he is signaling the cabal. Maybe they offered him a deal, a sort of surrender and he is telling them that he will wipe his ass with their surrender. No mercy. No deals. No surrender. Only pain, prison and death!
I wish this guy would catch a heart attack.
