I don't think the clock was ever the correct interpretation of Q's early comments, but I think Q team adapted to anons' interpretation. I suspect anons were close to what Q team wanted. And I suspect it's why some things didn't occur, and why timeframes seem to change.

Regardless, in the end the clock is as correct as Q wants it to be.
