Got a question for the lawfags. Do all sealed indictments require a grand jury? What could be going on behind the scenes with the 55,000 sealed indictments?
If the military tribunal EO takes effect January 1, 2019, how can arrests take place before then?
I'm assuming not everyone will require military tribunal, but how does this work for those that do?
