One question I have which I think is logical, if the arrests came first, and some of them were in the Senate, would the Kav nomination be way easier? Unless they need them to go to Gitmo on day one, the Supreme Court would not hear the argument until it went through the other courts. Arrest everyone, then put in Kav and then execute them in public with fire. Sounds easy enough? The SC would not hear the argument on day one? Optics? The left will still say Kav was put in illegally either way? Help me with this logic anons.
