Q is telling us (we) already knew what was going on, knew the plan to blame Russia, and knew where all of their subs were.
Now, the international cabal/deep state is prepping the masses with more RUSSIA hacking RUSSIA submarine stories so when the DECLAS happens they are going to try and point the finger at… RUSSIA for the missile launch in June.
