Why are democrats and various bad actors giving all they got to preventing Judge Kavenaugh from getting on the SCOTUS bench? Because a very important case will come before them in the very near future to decide the length and extent of presidential pardon powers under the US Constitution. Right before Obama left office he not only pardoned himself completely , but he did the same for a whole host and plethora of evil conspirators with him the past 8 years. This may include all for household names we've come to know on the Q board.
The question before the court will be whether or not a President can: 1. Pardon themself, 2. Pardon others who he knew had committed crimes in league with him, or at his direction. 3. Determine if presidential pardons have to be made public/in the public record to be in full force and effect.
This all reminds me of the scene in the Harrison Ford movie: Clear & Present Danger where the aide to the President's chief of staff had an immunity document signed by the president that he kept in his safe, which he later flaunted in front of Harrison Ford's character showing him that he had full & written/signed presidential protection.
Is this what we are up against? Just trying to make sense of the craziness of the past few weeks.
