The Pence speech aligns with a "theory" I heard about a few months back. The original plan was to install HRC, start a war with Russia (while our military was still dealing with ISIS) to leave the mainland with minimal protection. Then, activate jihad sleepers here to cause mass chaos while China invaded from Mexico and the west coast. ISIS is mostly a distraction/force divider that would leave us vulnerable to a direct assault by overwhelming numbers of Chinese. I wish I still remembered the sauce for this, it was much more detailed and the way it was laid out seemed entirely plausible based on what we have been learning.
