This is notable and ppl should call congress critters to vote against it stating that unaccompanied Illegal alien children do not need to be in the USA, but turned over to the nearest embassies of their origin countries for repatriation. Let the countries of origin pay for the feeding and care and repatriation. If these kids are found wandering about the USA later, then the fine is forfeit aid to that country, and inform said country that those funds are allocated for repatriation of the kids, since country in question wont do their job. When the US rep returns the kids to the parents, the US rep is allowed to lecture and warn the parents and educate them to their stupid folly of being dumb, gullible shits and flushing their money down the toilet by giving it to human traffickers.
