Friend of 8 years sought me out and privately asked me about recent Q news. Assuming I would know.

I answered what I could. Dialogue continued over weeks, sharing articles and leads. Mostly he messaged me asking for pointers. ‘New Q!’ he’d say in notifications.

Suddenly, his partner used his code, wrote me ‘stop texting him, he’s really distracted and driving me nuts with this stuff, so do his family a favor and stop.’ Then, I was blocked on social media.

Any advice appreciated.

All I said was, ‘That’s really inappropriate. It’s between you and him. Leave me out of that, thanks.’ Response was lengthy, preachy and bizarre (then I was abruptly blocked). Shrug.
