Now that Trump has said he's keeping Gitmo open and Q has confirmed some bad actors will be going there if only temporarily… do we really need to track all of the planes going to and from there? What is the purpose of tracking when we already know what we had suspected is indeed happening?

Those are military charter flights for sure. UA and CO are still operating routes as separate airlines… all planes painted the same with UA, but crews/planes aren't integrated yet. My guess is this is one of the CO planes using a CO charter flight number. sorry to add to any confusion, but know that if you see UA 8000 or 9000 they are def. charter (not necessarily military). Keep an eye out for UA flights with 2000 or 2500 flight numbers so we can determine if those are being used for scheduled flights and charters… they really don't mix scheduled flight numbers with charters so they're easily identifiable
