Double meanings exist. Whether or not this is one of them may be up for debate. However, the fact that a seat that was held by Democrats for 139 years, flipped to Republicans is an important piece of news. Especially coming out of Texas, in a border region, after Voter ID laws went into effect. It shows exactly how much election meddling democrats have engaged in.
