Killing Soros wouldn't solve anything. He has groomed the goofy young gay son to take over the empire. The evil would simply continue with different controllers. Besides, there are many others like Soros in the cabal (Davos) club---not as well known as Soros but some of them are much wealthier and far more exploitative.
To break these people you need to exterminate them all. That is done in exactly the way that POTUS is doing it: cut off their connections, close up all the loopholes through which they are making the bulk of their money (human trafficking, drugs, etc.), bust up the rings being run by their underlings, and remove the corrupt judges and politicians who allow them to exist above the law. When the support system that they rely on no longer exists, then the AG moves in and charges them with crimes, prosecutes them, and seizes all their assets.
Q has already told us that Soros is targeted. Obviously, POTUS isn't ready to take him out yet...maybe for the simple reason that POTUS is planning to neutralize the whole beast and not waste too many resources on just one of its tentacles.
