I wonder if it's a game he's playing now or if it's a Grandmaster game; I'm firing up Chessbase LiveBook as we speakโฆ
Chessbase LiveBook has this position with 2820 visits, and chess engines give White a clear advantage. Qf3 is a choice; and a4 is another

Digits of truth
I wish I still had my old computer running; it had an up to date database, and the one I'm using is woefully out of date with the database; else I'd be able to tell what this game might be, as Chessbase Livebook gives it almost 3000 visits. This position has been played for sure
With black to move, Stockfish still gives a winning advantage to White:

This is with Black to move; others have posted that it shows whichever side to move wins the game, and this analysis says that no, even with Black to move White still has a good game
