Voting neither Aye or Nay
in this case it helped, the vote would have been 49-50 if she voted. Daines would have had to miss a very important milestone in family life. So it offered another solution. AND she doesn't get killed in reelection bid.
I agree. I am also glad Daines was able to enjoy his family time and get to walk his daughter down the aisle. That is a huge special moment, a moment daughters dream about all of their lives.
