Their website says that they just mine metals but who knows. In any case, Orenburg is just north of Kazakhstan and if someone was secretly moving Uranium about it might be good cover to use trains going to another mining company. That is because mines do use minerals from other places in their ore processing.

So, the most likely digging to get a result is Uranium One. Who are the Russians who were involved with Clinton? What connections are there between the Orenburg region of Russia and Uranium One. A bit further north in Chelyabinsk region is Ozersk, where Russia builds/maintains nuclear warheads and site of the 1956 Mayak disaster
