The blue areas along the border should be targeted by US Customs and Border Protection as possible smuggling routes. Probably happens all along the border, but I would take a hard look at those counties.

That's interesting- I know that reservations along the southern border are used for large-scale smuggling, where tractor-trailers drive through open desert; no law enforcement to interfere.
Most of these people look like they would be more concerned with future LGBTQ rulings rather than abortion.
