Watch for discrepancies in the order of candidates on the ballots - some counties will have candidates and their respective fill-in bubbles in one order for early voting and will flip the order on election day as needed (example: you vote for Rosendale, but it gives Tester that vote). Watch for GEMS system producing fractional votes and rounding up. Watch for Illinois, DC, NY, license plates on vans and other vehicles surrounding county courthouses.
