The Constitutional argument is exactly what you protest, that the Federal Government, AND our tax dollars have no business being in the abortion business! States have a right to legislate as they see fit. If your state doesn't offer one, you can always travel to another state and have one, on YOUR dime! So Forest, leave religion out of it, I don't want my tax money being used to help Planned Parenthood make a profit selling baby parts. I can have a problem with that, without religion.
