yes, i would be hesitant to mention this to anyone. but i have talked with my doc about this. started several years ago. it feels like an electrical frequency, mostly only occurs while i'm sleeping, and it's not all the time. it is very strange. i've theorized that it's hormonal b/c i cannot explain it any other way.
