Honestly the federal gov't shouldnt be making these decisions. It should be a states rights thing. The less the fed is involved the more control the people have over these decisions by who they elect.
Trump has taken the stance the States should decide the abortion issue and I wouldn't be surprised if the SC does too.
Besides Abortion morality isnt why the Dems don't like Kavanaugh. They make profit from the sale of baby parts and they don't want their profit margin effected.
The real reason their screaming is they're afraid of Military Tribunals. They're bringing up the abortion issue to get the people divided.
