Just got in, and I heard KAV was confirmed but the vote did not end up being the 53-47 that Q mentioned, so it is obvious that Q was not 'predicting' the outcome.

What was the consensus of the meaning of the 53-47?

I did not see notables mention it for several breads, so toss me a bone and let me get to sleep early - I am back on duty in 6hrs.
