Makes me think of the likes of Lenin, Stalin, Mao etc.
POTUS can use prior POTUS' EOs they can also use their methods to remove those that are/are not <<insert terms>to suit the tyrant. Perhaps ML will never be used. Perhaps someday it will become a tool for the destruction of the nation
